Dr. Adam Read: Architect of Complex Solutions

Growing Up in Scotland

Having lived in Scotland until the age of 22, I am proud and grateful for the invaluable lessons it taught me about making friends, collaborating with diverse individuals, and maintaining a sense of humor—essential skills for tackling complex problems with various stakeholders.

Foundation For Future Growth

My background as a doctor enables me to align stakeholders effectively, tackle complex challenges, and focus on the finer details of a project, all while maintaining a cool head and managing high levels of stress during tough times

Mapping out complex roadmaps with ease

As an INTJ 'Architect,' I am ideally equipped to plan and execute complex, long-term projects with guaranteed results, while quickly absorbing new concepts and background theory when tackling new challenges

Oversee Entire Process with enthusiasm

With cross-functional abilities and a technologist’s mindset, I lead innovation and oversee the entire execution process, ensuring that every project is delivered effectively from concept to completion

Guiding Teams Through Uncertainty

My entrepreneurial and leadership skills allow me to manage people and navigate obstacles, while my experience enables me to handle long periods of uncertainty—something many physicians find challenging

WHO I’ve WOrked with

Why I Solve Problems Differently

My personal mantra—Focus, Discipline, Integrity, and Gratitude—guides everything I do in life and in my work. I care deeply about the people I collaborate with and the challenges that matter most to them. Although I no longer practice as a doctor, I carry the principles of medicine into my role as a technologist. I find the same sense of fulfillment in solving customer problems as I did in successfully treating my patients.

My Commitment to Personal Development

I’ve been incredibly lucky to have had amazing bosses and mentors over the years who showed me what kindness and generosity look like in the workplace. They treated everyone as equals, and that really stuck with me. In my free time, I’m all about optimizing my health, working on my weaknesses so ensure my outlook remains positive and I handle the stresses that come with my work. I also keep a daily journal where I jot down my daily habits and practices. By sharing these insights, I have started to take pleasure in helping others build the mental resilience they need to reach their goals and navigate their own challenges. This is definitely a nod to my old life as a medic and probably why I enjoy doing it so much.
